Our "Fixed Wireless" solution brings ultra-fast broadband directly to your home. We use trusted wireless technology to deliver reliable service to our customers, allowing them to experience the internet, as it was intended in the 21st century.
Before we connect you, we might have to do a short survey at your property. This consists of our engineer coming to your home in person and confirming we can deliver the service with high enough standard, so you can enjoy being online more than ever. In any case, we will call you shortly after booking your appointment and confirm the slot for the installation. The WiFi X engineering team will try to install the service as quickly as possible, so you can wait less and do more.
At the day of installation, our team will put a very small receiver, somewhere on your building. You can see some of our installations in our gallery. Once this is done, your account will be active in minutes.
That's it, you are all set! You can now enjoy the Ultra-Fast Residential broadband from WiFi X!

Telephone
We provide a VoIP – which is Voice over Internet Protocol, of which we provided several packages and services as detailed below
The plain-old telephone system (POTS) is on its way out and going to be turned off in 2025 (according to Ofcom current information)
Our contract is a month rolling and you can change between call packages once a month, so if thing are tight then cut back to the basic and if you have a lot of national and/or international call to make then upgrade – 10 days’ notice is required
You can transfer your existing telephone number over to WiFi X, which will require some documentation and cost £20.00 + VAT
We can provide this service to anybody that has a stable connection to the internet, if your connection is unstable or very low bandwidth, then I would strongly recommend you don’t have this type of VoIP service.

Sometimes having one AP (Access Point) in your home or business is not enough and you require more

Cabling
Home or Business network installations include the reliable to the latest network cabling from Cat5e to Cat 6a – depending on your requirement depends on your cable type also depends on what you are connecting from a PC, Smart TV, PS5, Xbox, Sky Q to Sky Glass.
There is no point installing Cat6a when you are connecting everything with a Fast Ethernet Switch & you can run 10GB over a Cat5e when the run is less that 40m

Lease Line - Just for Businesses, have your own dedicated Internet connection that is Taylor Made for your company directly to the Internet – from 100Mbps to 10Gbps connection directly to either the London or Manchester connection on to the EuroRing
Multi-site links, weather using our network or somebody else’s network or a combination, we can links all your sites and homes location together under one unified Network that is encrypted and secure.
